This video presents a working demonstration of the Φ20–Φ110mm PE pipe extrusion line for PE and HDPE pipe production. The full production process is shown clearly, from automatic material feeding and drying to extrusion, pipe mould forming, vacuum calibration, spray cooling, servo haul-off, chipless cutting, and final pipe stacking.

At the beginning of the line, PE raw material is delivered into the extrusion system through the automatic vacuum feeding and hopper drying units. The main extrusion section uses an SJ50/38 high-efficiency single screw extruder, together with an SJ45/33 co-extruder and an SJ25/25 color line extruder. This configuration supports three-layer PE pipe production and color marking line extrusion.

The molten PE material enters the Φ20–Φ110mm three-layer pipe mould, where the pipe is formed. The pipe then passes through a 9-meter stainless steel vacuum calibration tank for accurate sizing and initial cooling. After calibration, the pipe continues through two 6-meter spray cooling tanks to ensure stable cooling and pipe shape.

The video also shows the operation of the three-caterpillar servo haul-off machine, which provides stable and synchronized traction for different pipe diameters. After hauling, the pipe is cut by a high-speed chipless cutting machine, producing smooth pipe ends without cutting chips. Finally, the finished pipe is transferred to a 4-meter turnover type pipe stacker for collection.
