This video presents a complete PE Fuse Beads Small Tube Extrusion Line supplied by QTech-Machinery for an overseas customer. The line is designed for producing small PE tubes that are cut into uniform fuse beads, also known as ironing beads, iron beads, melty beads, or DIY craft beads.
The production process includes automatic feeding, precision extrusion, small tube forming, vacuum cooling, servo haul-off, and high-speed rotary cutting.
The overseas customer required a reliable production solution for manufacturing colorful PE fuse beads used in DIY crafts, educational toys, and creative bead art.
The main goal of this project was to achieve stable small tube extrusion and precise cutting performance, ensuring that the final fuse beads have a uniform size, smooth surface, and clean cutting edges.
