The video shows the main working process of the line, starting from automatic material feeding. The QX-300 vacuum feeding system transfers PE raw material into the SJ45/30 precision single screw extruder for continuous production. The extruder is equipped with a 45 mm screw, 30:1 L/D ratio, and 11 kW servo motor, providing stable plasticizing and extrusion performance for small tube production.

After extrusion, the PE material passes through a precision small tube mould. The mould uses S136H material with coating treatment, while the sizing mould uses beryllium copper C17200 with water cooling. This helps form small PE tubes with stable diameter and smooth surface quality.

The extruded small tubes then enter the 6000 mm stainless steel vacuum cooling and sizing water tank. The tank is used to cool, size, and stabilize the tube before cutting. Vacuum control helps maintain tube dimensional accuracy during production.

After cooling, the tube is pulled by a dual servo belt haul-off unit. Stable traction speed is important for maintaining consistent tube size and supporting accurate cutting. The haul-off system is integrated with the rotary cutting machine on the same table for compact operation.

The final cutting section uses a rotary flying knife cutting system with a 1.8 kW servo motor and 24 blades. The cutting length can be set through the PLC and HMI control system. This allows the small PE tube to be cut into uniform fuse beads with clean edges.

During the trial run, the line demonstrates stable material feeding, smooth extrusion, effective cooling, steady haul-off, and precise cutting. The finished beads show uniform length, smooth appearance, stable diameter, and clean cutting surface.
