A Factory That Builds Around Your Project
Qtech Machinery is a plastic extrusion machinery manufacturer in China. We build extrusion lines for pipe, profile, sheet, board, precision tube and recycling applications, and we stay with your project from equipment configuration through machine assembly, trial running and export preparation.
You will not get one standard machine pushed onto every order. We look at your material, product size, output target, workshop conditions and how the line will run in your plant, then recommend a configuration that fits the way you actually produce.
Lines And Machines We Build For You
Our factory focuses on complete plastic extrusion lines and individual extrusion machines for different materials, product sizes and production goals. Whether you need a full production line, a replacement extruder or a customized configuration, we match the equipment scope to your project.
Plastic Pipe Extrusion Lines
Lines for PVC, PE, HDPE, PPR and MPP pipe. Each one is configured with extruder, die head, vacuum calibration, cooling, haul-off, cutting and stacking to match your pipe diameter, material and output target.
Plastic Profile Extrusion Lines
Lines for PVC and WPC profiles, cable trunking, skirting boards, decorative profiles and window or door profiles. Configuration adjusts to your profile shape, material formula, mold design and downstream processing.
Plastic Sheet And Board Extrusion Lines
Sheet and board lines for ABS, PVC, WPC, PE, PP and other materials. Configured for your sheet width, thickness range, surface requirement, cooling method and final application.
Precision Tube, Hose And Straw Lines
For small-diameter and flexible products: precision tubes, soft hoses, plastic straws and related tube applications. These need stable extrusion, accurate sizing, smooth pulling and the right cutting or winding system.
Recycling, Pulverizing And Pelletizing Systems
Systems for plastic recycling, pulverizing and pelletizing: PVC pelletizing, plastic granulation, material crushing, powder processing and in-house scrap recycling. Selected by your material type, recycling purpose and capacity.
Plastic Extrusion Machines
Beyond complete lines, we build single screw extruders, twin screw extruders, co-extruders, pilot extruders and customized machines. Use them for new lines, line upgrades, material testing or special extrusion projects.
Not Sure Which Extrusion Line Fits Your Product?
Send your material, product size, output target and application requirements. We can help you review the equipment configuration before quotation, so you know the line matches your product before you commit.
Inside The Workshop Your Line Is Built In
Your line comes together here: extrusion machine assembly, downstream equipment integration, electrical control setup and trial running before shipment. You can follow the progress through workshop photos, videos or a factory inspection whenever you need to see the machine running before it leaves.
Configured Around How You Produce
Every project runs on different material, product size, output target and workshop conditions. Before we recommend a line, we go through your production requirements with you and configure the machine structure, downstream equipment, control system and installation layout to fit.
Material And Formula
We look at your plastic material, formula, filler content and processing needs first, then pick the extruder type, screw design and heating system that suit them.
Product Size And Output Target
The line is matched to your product width, thickness, diameter, shape, speed requirement and the production capacity you are aiming for.
Downstream Equipment
The full line can carry die head, calibration, cooling, haul-off, cutting, winding, stacking or whatever else your final product needs downstream.
Workshop And Installation Conditions
Voltage, available space, water supply, air supply and operator access get checked before production, so there are fewer surprises when you install and start up.
Checked Before Your Line Ships
Before shipment, we check your machine against the confirmed project scope: mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, motor running, heating control, line connection and trial running when required. You can ask for photos, videos and inspection details to review the machine status before it leaves the factory.
Mechanical Assembly Inspection
Frame, screw, barrel and downstream units are checked for fit and alignment.
Electrical Cabinet Check
Wiring, terminals and control cabinet are checked against your voltage and standard.
Motor And Gearbox Running
Drive motor and gearbox are run to confirm smooth operation and stable load.
Heating And Temperature Control
Heaters and temperature zones are tested for accurate, steady control.
Line Connection Check
Extruder, downstream units and controls are connected and checked as one line.
Trial Running Before Shipment
The line is run to confirm stable output before it is packed for export.
Sample Production Review
Sample product is checked against your size, thickness and quality requirement.
Packing Inspection
Parts, spare parts, marks and packing are checked before container loading.
See The Line Run Before It Ships
We can arrange trial running to match your confirmed project scope and testing conditions. Before delivery, we check machine connection, motor running, heating control, line operation and sample output where it applies, and send you photos and videos so you can review the machine before it leaves the factory.
- Machine Running Check
- Heating And Control Test
- Line Connection Review
- Sample Output When Applicable

Support That Follows The Machine To Your Floor
The machine arriving at your port is the start, not the end. From installation and commissioning to daily operation and spare parts, you get clear guidance at every step so your team can move from unpacking to stable production with fewer setup risks and less guesswork.
Installation Guidance
Before the line lands in your workshop, you receive installation instructions, machine layout drawings and connection guidance. You will know how much floor space to prepare, where power, water and air need to reach, and how each unit connects, so the crew is ready before the crates are even opened.
Operation Documents
Your operators get manuals, electrical diagrams and basic maintenance guidance written to support real production, not left in a language nobody reads. Whether your team is running an extrusion line for the first time or training new operators later, the documents give them a reference they can return to during setup and daily use.
Remote Technical Support
When a question comes up during installation or a running issue appears weeks later, you are not left on your own. Share photos, videos or running details with our technical team and we check them with you, walk through the likely cause and suggest the fix, so a small problem does not turn into days of stopped production.
Spare Parts Support
You receive a spare parts list matched to your exact machine configuration, along with replacement suggestions for the parts that wear over time. That way you can keep the right wearing parts on the shelf, plan maintenance around your production schedule and avoid long waits when something needs changing.
On-Site Commissioning
For a complete extrusion line project, we can discuss sending engineers to your plant for on-site commissioning or installation support. Together we agree the scope based on your line, your timeline and your local conditions, so your team gets hands-on guidance while the line is brought up to stable production.
