A Factory That Builds Around Your Project

Qtech Machinery is a plastic extrusion machinery manufacturer in China. We build extrusion lines for pipe, profile, sheet, board, precision tube and recycling applications, and we stay with your project from equipment configuration through machine assembly, trial running and export preparation.

You will not get one standard machine pushed onto every order. We look at your material, product size, output target, workshop conditions and how the line will run in your plant, then recommend a configuration that fits the way you actually produce.

Every project runs on different material, product size, output target and workshop conditions. Before we recommend a line, we go through your production requirements with you and configure the machine structure, downstream equipment, control system and installation layout to fit.

Material And Formula

We look at your plastic material, formula, filler content and processing needs first, then pick the extruder type, screw design and heating system that suit them.

Product Size And Output Target

The line is matched to your product width, thickness, diameter, shape, speed requirement and the production capacity you are aiming for.

Downstream Equipment

The full line can carry die head, calibration, cooling, haul-off, cutting, winding, stacking or whatever else your final product needs downstream.

Workshop And Installation Conditions

Voltage, available space, water supply, air supply and operator access get checked before production, so there are fewer surprises when you install and start up.

Checked Before Your Line Ships

Before shipment, we check your machine against the confirmed project scope: mechanical assembly, electrical wiring, motor running, heating control, line connection and trial running when required. You can ask for photos, videos and inspection details to review the machine status before it leaves the factory.
