QTech-Machinery supplied one complete SJZ65/132 conical twin screw PVC pelletizing line to an overseas customer for PVC compound granules production.
The project was designed for stable processing of PVC materials with hot cutting pelletizing, pneumatic conveying, cooling, separation and screening.
This PVC pelletizing extrusion line is suitable for producing PVC granules used in cable compounds, pipe materials, profiles, soft PVC and rigid PVC applications.

The overseas customer needed a compact and reliable PVC granulation line with the following requirements:
Stable production capacity for PVC compound pellets
Conical twin screw extrusion system for PVC processing
Hot face cutting system for uniform pellet size
Pneumatic conveying and cooling system
Final pellet separation and screening
Complete line configuration from mixing to finished pellet storage
QTech-Machinery provided a complete PVC compounding pelletizing line based on an SJZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder.
The full production line includes:
SRL-Z300/600 high-speed heating and cooling mixer
Spiral loader
SJZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder
PVC hot cutting pelletizing die
Three-stage pneumatic conveying system
Cyclone separation silos
Vibrating screen
Finished product storage silo

The SJZ65/132 conical twin screw extruder worked smoothly with the PVC hot cutting pelletizing die, ensuring stable output and uniform pellet size. The pneumatic conveying system and cyclone separation silos improved pellet cooling and material collection efficiency.
