What the customer needed to produce, and the line we configured to get there.
The customer required a PE core tube production solution with:
Raw material: PE
Tube specifications: ID 77 mm and ID 152 mm
Output capacity: 100–200 kg/h
Stable operation for continuous production
Automatic feeding, drying, extrusion, vacuum calibration, hauling, cutting, mixing, and chamfering
Power supply: 380V / 50Hz / 3 Phase
Total installed power: around 170 kW
QTech-Machinery provided a complete PE Core Tube Extrusion Line, including automatic feeding, drying, extrusion, mold, vacuum calibration, servo haul-off, chipless cutting, material mixing, and chamfering equipment.
The line was commissioned in Thailand and adjusted according to the customer’s tube specifications and production requirements.

After installation and commissioning, the PE Core Tube Extrusion Line achieved stable production with smooth extrusion, accurate pipe sizing, reliable hauling, and clean fixed-length cutting. The customer was satisfied with the line’s performance, production efficiency, and complete configuration for PE core tube manufacturing.
