This video presents a compact PE tube production line supplied by QTech-Machinery for small-diameter tube manufacturing. The line includes an SJ50/30 single screw extruder, a 4.5m stainless steel vacuum cooling tank, a servo belt haul-off unit and a rotary flying knife cutting system.

At the beginning of the process, PE material is plasticized and extruded by the SJ50/30 extruder. The extruder is designed with a 30:1 screw L/D ratio, 38CrMoAlA screw and barrel, four heating zones, inverter speed control and an 18.5 kW main motor to support stable and continuous extrusion.

After extrusion, the tube enters the 4.5m stainless steel vacuum cooling tank for cooling and sizing. The tank is made of 304 stainless steel and is equipped with a 2.2 kW vacuum pump, adjustable vacuum range from 0 to -50 KPa, circulating water system, 3D manual adjustment and tempered glass cover for easy observation during operation.

The formed PE tube is then pulled by the servo belt haul-off system. The synchronized servo control helps maintain stable pulling speed and supports consistent tube diameter and production quality.

Finally, the tube is cut by the rotary flying knife cutting unit. This cutting system works online with the haul-off unit and allows accurate length cutting without stopping the production line. The integrated PLC control system makes production adjustment easier and supports stable operation of the complete line.
