From Extrusion to Finished Pipe Handling

The video shows the full workflow of the PPH pipe extrusion line. PPH material is plasticized and extruded by the SJ90 single screw extruder, then enters the pipe mould for forming. After extrusion, the pipe passes through the vacuum calibration tank for accurate sizing and initial cooling.

The pipe is further cooled by the spray cooling tank, pulled forward by the four-caterpillar servo haul-off machine, cut to the required length by the ring cutting machine, and finally transferred to the discharge rack for collection.
