QTech-Machinery supplied a batch of dust-free feeding stations to an overseas customer for powder material handling. The project included different discharge configurations to match the customer’s production layout and feeding requirements.
The equipment was designed with 304 stainless steel contact parts, dust collection filters, pulse cleaning system, explosion-proof electrical components and movable base structure for flexible factory use.
Dust-Free Feeding Stations

The customer needed a practical feeding solution to:
Reduce dust during manual powder feeding
Improve workshop cleanliness and operator safety
Connect feeding stations with screw conveying systems
Support different outlet and conveying requirements
Use durable stainless steel structure for long-term operation
QTech-Machinery provided 21 sets of dust-free feeding stations, including models with 219 screw auger, 159 screw auger, and 219 outlet without auger.
Each feeding station was equipped with a filter cartridge dust collection system, pulse back-blowing cleaning device, air hammer, explosion-proof control components and bottom wheels for convenient movement and installation.
