Modular PVC Sheet & Profile Extrusion Line with twin-screw extruder, T-die & 3-roll stack, vacuum calibration table, in-line thickness/OD control, and PLC/HMI automation.
The PVC Sheet & Profile Extrusion Line is a compact, modular platform for rigid PVC sheets (signage, thermoforming, protection) and custom PVC profiles (doors/windows, conduits, trims, cable trunking). It combines a conical/parallel twin-screw extruder, precision T-die or profile die, vacuum calibration table/box, 3-roll polishing stack or long cooling beds, synchronized haul-off, and guillotine/flying-saw/chipless cutting. With PLC/HMI automation and optional in-line thickness/OD gauges, the line delivers flatness, gloss, dimensional accuracy, and low scrap at optimized kWh/kg.
Twin-screw plastication for PVC: stable melt, low gel, excellent fusion for uPVC/CPVC formulas.
Sheet & profile flexibility: quick swap between T-die + 3-roll stack (sheet) and vacuum calibrators (profile).
Precision & consistency: in-line thickness gauge / OD measurement with closed-loop control.
Clean edges & smooth surfaces: edge trim & re-feed for sheet; long calibrator beds for profile straightness.
Energy-saving design: insulated heaters, VFD/servo drives, closed-loop water and filtration/UV.
Smart operation: PLC + touchscreen HMI, recipe library, alarms, production & energy data export.
Rigid PVC sheets: display/advertising, thermoforming trays, luggage, protection board.
Profiles: window/door frames, skirting, cable trunking, corner guards, conduits, decorative trims.
Optional foam board / co-extruded cap layers (upon tooling and formulation review).

Final performance depends on resin (stabilizer/filler), tooling, cooling capacity, and target standard (e.g., EN/ASTM).
Extruder: conical/parallel twin-screw (multi-zone heating, venting).
Die & Tooling: T-die + 3-roll polishing stack (sheet), profile die + vacuum calibration table/box (profile).
Calibration & Cooling: vacuum calibrators, spray/cascade cooling, water filtration & UV.
Downstream: caterpillar/belt haul-off, guillotine/flying-saw/chipless cutters, stacker or winder for sheets, run-out tables for profiles.
Metrology: thickness scanner (sheet), laser OD/profile cameras (profile), encoder length & SPC dashboards.
Auxiliaries: edge trimming & re-granulation (sheet), printing/coding, static control, dust extraction.
Gravimetric dosing, melt pressure/temperature monitoring, automatic screen changer.
Co-extrusion cap layers (ASA/PMMA look), embossing rolls, matte/gloss textures.
Vision inspection & auto-reject, OEE/energy dashboards (OPC UA/MQTT/CSV).
CE/UL electricals and safety, documentation pack for commissioning.

Q1: Can one line handle both sheets and profiles?
Yesβusing modular tooling: T-die + 3-roll stack for sheet, profile die + vacuum calibrators for profiles.
Q2: Do you offer in-line thickness/OD control?
Yesβsheet thickness scanners or laser/profile cameras with closed-loop control to stabilize dimensions.
Q3: What about edge trimming and re-use?
Sheet edges can be trimmed and re-fed via a grinder/feeder loop to reduce waste.
Tell us your sheet width/thickness or profile drawings, expected throughput/line speed, and standards/finish. Weβll return a tailored configuration, layout, lead time, and quotation.
