4-zone aluminum cast heaters (8.8 kW) plus forced air cooling deliver fast heat-up and tight temperature bands, minimizing start-up scrap.
Vacuum sizing tank (QX-SC4500) with stainless-steel 304 construction and 0–(-50 kPa) control ensures roundness, OD consistency, and glossy finish.
